Job Description
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies (B2B) with the aim of increasing sales and expanding market share.
- Identify and establish relationships with institutional clients in various sectors, including large companies and organizations.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs
- Communicate and maintain relationships with key customers and establish long-term partnerships with large organizations and companies.
- Monitor the sales process and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.
- Evaluate the performance of the B2B sales team based on the desired indicators of the organization.
- Review and analyze competitors' strategies and operational plans in the B2B sales layer.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism sector.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Familiarity with the organizational sales market and the ability to understand the different needs of companies and organizations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with corporate clients.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
