POSITION SNAPSHOT:
Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;
Company: Nestlé Iran - Tehran Office; Full-Time;
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage all the payment processes in Nestle Iran to ensure on-time payment to suppliers as well as employees in line with the company guidelines and policies.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Process payments, and other banking transactions accurately and promptly
- Track cash balances and report discrepancies to the stakeholders by reconciling Bank accounts every week.

- Upload both incoming and outgoing bank transactions into the ERP system and archive the corresponding documents for future reference.
- Prepare necessary financial reports and draft SOPs if required
- Participate in any project carried out in the F&C department as required.
- Support annual audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist the treasury team in performing tasks related to foreign currency fund purchases and local payments.
Measurement Dimensions/Performance Indicators:
- On-time and accurate processing of payments.
- Quality of reporting (as required).
- Feedback from chief accountant and country controller.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Good Analytical skills and very good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Farsi.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, curious, willing to learn and develop, team player.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- A university graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance; or an MBA graduate.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
