Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Develop financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
  • Manage the financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
  • Handle the transfer of funds to and from Iran, ensuring adherence to relevant legal and financial protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and international partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a CFO role.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with foreign companies and managing
  • international financial transactions.
  • Proven expertise in transferring money to and from Iran, with a thorough understanding of the associated legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial
  • reporting.
  • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish.
