Job Purpose
Lead and develop the organization's procurement and sourcing strategies to ensure a stable supply chain, optimize procurement costs, mitigate commercial risks, and create long-term business value through strategic supplier relationships and effective leadership of the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement, sourcing, and import strategies.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage strategic supplier contracts.
Identify, evaluate, and develop local and international supplier networks.
Manage procurement costs, total landed cost, and supply-related risks.
Monitor market trends and analyze commercial data to support strategic decision-making.
Lead, coach, and develop the commercial/procurement team.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Research & Development teams to ensure timely product supply.
Prepare and present commercial reports and strategic analyses to senior management.
