Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize cost and ensure continuity of supply.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, terms, and price agreements with suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with broader business goals.
  • Analyze and report on procurement-related metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and resolving conflicts as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing and procurement roles within a commercial or logistics environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with market trends and industry best practices.
