Commercial Expert

Job Description

Aria Sepehr Shimi is inviting qualified individuals to join its commercial team for the position of foreign commercial expert.

Roles:

• Carrying out foreign purchasing processes, including price inquiry and sourcing, order registration, and follow-up on import affairs and removal of foreign exchange obligations in the mainland and special zones.
• Negotiating with foreign suppliers to supply chemical and cosmetic raw materials.
• Monitoring transportation, goods clearance, and customs documentation.
• Analyzing international markets and identifying new suppliers.
• Preparing reports related to purchasing and trade.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Chemistry or related fields.
• Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in foreign trade (preferably in the chemical or cosmetic industries).
• Language: Full command of English (correspondence and conversation).

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with import processes, customs laws, and INCOTERMS.
• Experience working with financial and commercial systems (such as ERP software).
• Accuracy, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit.
