
Job Description
Main responsibilities: Focus on Microsoft CRM and its data entry. Providing statistic tables and diagrams monthly / annually. Monitoring all of sales team activities in Microsoft CRM. Caring about any conflict in projects if sales team will be encouraged. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction. Acquiring understanding of the Iranian market. Supporting proper understanding of Iranian business by performing business analysis on sales, and market shares, market growth and sales for construction. Being involved in various projects and ad-hoc tasks in close co-operation with other units throughout the organization. Conducting research for sharing better practices and benchmarking. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Active role in all marketing projects and issues. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Requirements
University qualifications: The BA of marketing management or related fields. Other certifications: CRM, CSM, CCM, SPSS Previous experience: Min 3 years’ experience in CRM Microsoft and related soft wares • Marketing information system ( MIS) • Marketing Planning • Advanced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Power Point) • Good communication and presentation skills • Customer-oriented
