Job Description

We are seeking a CRM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system, ensuring that we deliver superior customer experiences and improve retention rates. This role will require you to collaborate with multiple departments, analyze customer behavior, and help design campaigns to engage and retain our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize CRM systems based on the company’s requirements.
  • Manage customer databases ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Analyze and track customer behavior, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Run email marketing, SMS, and other communication campaigns to engage customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, and KPIs to enhance customer interactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the management team with actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Create data synchronization processes between CRM and other systems.
  • Identify loyal customers and offer tailored incentives to retain them.
  • Implement re-engagement programs for inactive customers.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, conversion rates, and how they impact CRM strategy.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English is required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a CRM or customer relationship management role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and data analytics.
  • Experience in running successful marketing campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in beauty salon's CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric role with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
