This role is for individuals passionate about delivering high-level customer support in a
technically complex environment. You'll engage with clients worldwide, making it a dynamic, global role.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Provide not just traditional customer support but also technical guidance to customers fully in written English, especially about e-commerce products.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer service process.

What is the Job Situation:
- Full-time jobs contain fixed shift time and float time.
- Day shift work 5 days a week. Weekly 30-hour shift (6 am - 12 am) - 10 hours float.
- Mostly Mondays to Fridays. Rotational shift pattern means rotating between morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
- Night shift work 4 days a week. Weekly 24-hour shift (12 am - 6 am) - 16 hours float.
- Competency-based salary starts from 15 tomans.
