Job Description

  • Set short and long-term goals and detailed metrics for the vehicle delivery team.
  • Monitor the performance of delivery team members.
  • Train to improve delivery team performance.
  • Monitor the delivery process and suggest process improvement if necessary.
  • Supervise customer training during delivery.
  • Prepare analytical reports required by senior management.
  • Manage vehicle entry to the delivery office.
  • Manage vehicle evaluation when the car arrives at the car delivery office and during the PDI process.
  • Provide required feedback reports regarding the quality of manufactured cars, car transportation, etc.
  • Manage vehicle evaluation according to the PDS checklist.
  • Prepare required feedback reports regarding the quality of PDI and PDS activities.
  • Manage car delivery planning for customers.
  • Respond to customer calls and provide guidance and advice when needed by customers.
  • Provide feedback reports from customer surveys regarding the delivery process.
  • Provide feedback reports and improve and update educational documents and software.

Requirements

  • Teamwork spirit. 
  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Disciplined.
