Job Description

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Overseeing the monitoring of strategic goals, plans, and actions.
  • Overseeing the establishment of the project management system.
  • Overseeing the development and improvement of organizational documentation, including process maps, regulations, guidelines, and indicators for monitoring and measuring the organization, and taking necessary actions if any non-compliance is observed.
  • Overseeing the implementation of guidelines and regulations, defining and following up on corrective and preventive actions, and taking necessary actions if any non-compliance is observed.
  • Overseeing the implementation of internal audits on a periodic basis and taking necessary actions if any non-compliance is observed.
  • Overseeing the implementation and implementation of organizational excellence models.
  • Supervising the activities of the Information Technology Unit, such as installing, launching, and upgrading hardware systems, office machines, and software, defining and changing access rights, installing and updating antivirus, identifying and fixing network errors, maintaining the network, providing backups, and taking necessary actions if any non-compliance is observed.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of ISO 9001-2015.
  • Proper familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Proficient in APQC.
  • Proficient in EFQM organizational excellence model.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning models.
  • Familiarity with project management systems.
  • Ability to establish effective communication.
  • Responsibility and accountability.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Eager to learn, personal development, and team leadership.
  • Skills in working with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
  • Skills in searching the Internet.
