Job Purpose:

The role exists to support the divisional manager (North+) in coordinating processes and activities that support the field sales organization. He/She will conduct this role by liaising closely with warehouse and sales coordinators in all divisional territories. He/She will collect and consolidate data and reports on warehousing, marketing material/ activities, and distribution.

Areas of Responsibility:

Coordinating Sales/Warehouse Coordinators:

  • Work closely with the divisional manager to support him/her in collecting and consolidating data (i.e., market updates, operation dashboards, campaigns, and sales projects).
  • Support sales/warehouse coordinators to maintain and update customer databases such as classification, changing routes, and customer/display unit addition & deletion.

Sales Data Collection-Reporting:

  • Collect and consolidate reports coming from regional managers/ coordinators for the use of divisional managers.

Monitoring Other Processes:

  • Support divisional managers to monitor all warehouse transactions and processes in all territories and support warehouse coordinators in preparing and consolidating weekly, monthly, and annual reports and presenting them to other functions.
  • Consolidate reports at a divisional level from sales etc. promotions and consumptions and any required reports in each territory.

Communication:

  • Be in contact with sales coordinators and warehouse coordinators for ongoing responsibilities and trade activities to make sure all procedures are running based on scheduled plans and provide support if needed.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • At least a high school diploma and university degree can be an advantage.

Work Experience and Competencies:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles related to sales and marketing.

-Languages and Computer Skills:

  • Fluency in English in both writing and speaking is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Functional Skills:

  • Organized /high level of administration ability for managing paperwork effectively.
  • Ability to perform under stressful situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
