To liaise with strategic enterprise clients to ensure their expectations and service levels are met regarding billing, etc.
To contribute to implementing company strategic policies in the enterprise business area.
To implement and maintain financial systems, procedures, and controls for enterprise business.
To ensure enterprise business financial activities compliance with company standards e.g., IFRS, etc.
To implement enterprise debtor account reconciliation process and prepare related reports.
To address enterprises’ requirements and changes on ordering, invoicing, reporting, and payment by applying proper transactions in EB and Finance systems/Databases.
To prepare enterprise business management/board reports and ad-hoc reports per request.
To ensure timely reporting of management accounts and annual financial statements in line with reporting standards to monitor operations.
To implement the corporate customers ordering and payment processes and ensure compliance with relevant agreements.
To assist in finance planning in forecasting and defining the enterprise business division operational budget and monitor the expenditure to be in line with business targets.
To identify enterprise sales financial risk exposure regarding all commercial agreements concluded and escalate it to higher management.
To coordinate purchasing activities for EB to ensure proper addressing of EB purchasing requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Finance, Marketing, Communications) or related fields.
Professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting; with experience in supervising others.
