Job Description

  • Support the policy dissemination and implementation activities and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain the policy repository and ensure they are updated and accessible by the team members. Assist with planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, update stakeholders, and maintain dashboards.
  • Create engaging infographics and video graphics for policies and procedures.
  • Develop concise slides, content, and icons to explain complex concepts.
  • Support in the delivery of training, webinars, and awareness sessions and the creation of training materials and modules.
  • Brainstorm innovative ways to increase awareness of policies and procedures.
  • Translate financial policies and reports.
  • Ad hoc activities as per management requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business improvement, process optimization, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication.
  • Able to effectively present complex data and information in a clear, logical manner.
  • Proven track record in project implementation or a strong portfolio of impactful visual design work.
  • Project management.
  • BPM software proficiency (MS Visio, Canva, etc.).
  • Tech savvy, expert in Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, etc.).
  • lnfographic and video animation skills (Canva, Vyond, Adobe Tools, etc.).
