The position:

As a finance specialist, you will:

  • Manage all accounting transactions (daily journal entry).
  • Manage invoices and payments to suppliers or any other relevant party.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure proper authorization and documentation for financial transactions.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all acquisitions, depreciations, transfers, and disposals are accurately recorded.
  • Payroll accounting.
  • Manage international payments.
  • Reconciliation of sales invoices with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognized institute.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience within F&A in a large multinational Organization
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English at an intermediate level is essential.
  • Self-driven and dedicated with a desire to influence.
  • Strong team player with great communication skills.
