Job Description

We are looking for someone who is capable of both accounting and financial affairs and can also carry out some of the company's administrative affairs.

Financial Affairs:

  • Registering and controlling accounting documents, and preparing initial financial reports.
  • Following up on payments, managing treasury, and bank.
  • Coordinating with financial, insurance, and tax advisors.
  • Preparing salaries and wages, and preparing insurance lists.

Administrative and Internal Affairs:

  • Coordinating daily company correspondence, meetings, and programs.
  • Preparing administrative reports and carrying out current affairs.
  • Collaborating in managing administrative processes and daily office support.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Engineering.
  • Proficient in accounting software (preferably Sepidar) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • High accuracy, orderliness, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in technical, engineering, or commercial companies is an advantage.
