About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Director to oversee all financial activities, ensure the stability of the company's finances, and provide strategic guidance to achieve business objectives. As a key member of the executive team, you will lead financial planning, manage budgets, and implement processes to drive organizational growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Budget Management: Oversee annual budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and implement effective risk management strategies.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.
Cost Control: Monitor company expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and improve financial efficiency.
Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and trust.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Director, CFO, or in a senior financial leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
