Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other management reports; Including monthly closing and full financial reports (financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts).
Manage and structure the finance department and take a leading role in training and coaching the finance team.
Assist the board of directors of the company in establishing short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Participate in developing the company budget and financial planning. Including annual Budget and quarterly revisions.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as cash flow, payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and complete statutory accounts.
Supervise proper needed activities for the TAX, VAT, and insurance.
Do other finance duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (Mathematics and Physics Diploma); graduation in state universities is a plus.
At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields; 4 years of experience in the top managerial level is a must and at least 2 years of experience in auditing is a plus.
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with the approach of optimization and streamlining of financial processes.
Strong, professional communication, financial, and management accounting skills (Including IR GAAP, Tax, VAT, SSO, and Commercial law).
Sound accounting and commercial knowledge and the ability to present decision-making reports to the Managing director and the board of directors.
