The financial manager at Magnolia Flavors is responsible for managing the company’s finances and ensuring its long-term financial sustainability. The primary objective of this role is to increase financial efficiency and optimize revenue streams.
Job Description:
Develop financial plans and budget forecasts.
Provide periodic financial reports to senior management.
Oversee financial accounting processes.
Manage financial risks and provide management solutions.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to assess and improve financial processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
At least a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
At least ten years of related supervisory and managerial experience in finance and accounting.
Proficiency in using financial and accounting software.
Ability to analyze and solve complex financial problems.

It is worth noting that at least two days a week in the factory (Saveh) is required to supervise, control, and lead the finance team, and the esteemed manager's workplace is in the factory and the rest of the days are at the company's headquarters (Tehran).
