Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our finance team as a financial planning and budgeting senior specialist. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting who is looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to gather data on Digikala’s business lines and the department's topline and bottom-line budget.
- Assist in developing budgets and forecasts in verticals and categories layers.
- Follow up and update budget file proposals and validate calculations' accuracy for finalizing the budget.
- Update monthly financials and KPIs for the budget file.
- Capex plans to monitor and review proposals for the Capex committee and prepare the related slides.
- Maintain and update the cash planning budget and dashboard for weekly reports.
- Provide cash planning analysis in variances to improve planning.
- Assist in providing ad hoc reports
- Assist in preparing market research data gathering and financial analysis.
- Provide presentation of board deck and budget review slides.
Key Accountabilities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least one year of budgeting and planning experience.
- Strong Excel knowledge is a must.
- PowerPoint and presentation skills are a must.
- Accuracy in data gathering and planning.
- Deadline orientation.
- Experience in budgeting and planning in an e-commerce company is an advantage.
- Proficiency in utilizing BI tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
