Job Description

  • Importation approvals: MOC and MOH.
  • Order registration (all issues related to order registration).
  • Corresponding with MOH and MOC.
  • Getting clearance permissions: MOC, MOH, and Ershad.
  • Daily follow-ups.Order registration in NTSW.
  • Placing orders with suppliers to schedule import processes to meet the factory’s lead time.
  • Currency purchasing in NTSW.
  • Doing banking transactions and docs.
  • Contacting suppliers or expediting deliveries and resolving shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
  • Coordinating with logistics companies to ensure proper shipment delivery.
  • Contacting insp.
  • Sending inquiries to suppliers to get the right price, the right product for raw and packing materials, and goods and services, order processing A to Z.
  • Handling local formalities including order registration and currency allocation.

Requirements:

  • Purchase techniques and contract management knowledge.
  • Negotiation and teamwork skills.
  • Basic legal and financial knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, or equivalent technical fields from a reputable university.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, and SAP.
  • Proficient in English.
