Job Description

  • Create and build a market by finding new prospects and retaining existing clients by demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Contact and follow up with the customers daily, by calling and or other contacting media.
  • Support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract.
  • Prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales.
  • Resolve the problems that customers may face, and prepare documents to support him/her in shipment or releasing his/her goods purchased from our company.
  • Follow up on the payments from customers.
  • Report to the managing director and the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • At least 2 years of foreign sales experience.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Sales techniques.
  • Tidy, punctual, result-oriented, a good negotiator, and a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to convince customers with different world cultures.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, or French.
