Job Description
The role will be responsible for doing end-to-end FP&A planning cycles and detailed monthly analysis of Profit and Loss (P&L) actual vs. latest plans and prior year.
- Prepare monthly management P&L and related reports.
- Prepare OPEX and CAPEX files for actual and plan.
- Entity planning and load intercompany planning and submission.
- Loading P&L in the BW system.
Areas of Responsibility:
Operations: Planning, Reporting, and Analysis for Two Entities.
Periodic Recurring Analysis and Reports:
- Assist the tax manager in preparing Pars and Parsian tax pack in planning cycles.
- Extract the entity brief report for the tax manager from GPM to input narratives on variances quarterly basis.
- Provide LE + ASP Balance sheet fast per account for both JTI Pars and Parsian.
- Monitor and approve Pos.
- Prepare BW and performance monitoring reports for different departments.
LEs, SRP, ASP Management:
- Prepare, analyze, and report LEs, SRP, and ASP.
- Manage Entity/FCF (LEs, SRP, ASP).
- Plan and load in FAME Ico (LEs, SRP, ASP).
- Plan below OCC (interests, IFRS 16) for LEs, SRP, and ASP.
- Load ratio for LEs, SRP, and ASP.
- Load flat file for LEs, SRP, and AP (by JTI coding structure).
- Reconcile market OCC/entity NI (LEs, SRP, ASP).
Monthly Closing Activities:
- Update GPM financials and roadmaps.
- Prepare document currency for OPEX.
- Load OCC brief vs. PY, AP, and LE.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- A university degree in Accounting.
Work Experience and Competencies:
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Languages and Computer Skills:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency with JTI Iran Accounting system (Rahkaran), Microsoft Excel, and Windows.
Functional Skills:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills.
- BW, EAM, FAME, and BPC.
