Key Responsibilities: Design and develop modular, scalable frontend architectures for high-performance applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other frontend developers, backend engineers, and product designers, to ensure seamless integration and consistency. Rewrite and migrate legacy systems to modern frameworks while maintaining feature parity and performance standards. Implement real-time data workflows and optimize state management for efficiency and scalability. Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and encourage knowledge sharing across teams. Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces that align with industry best practices. Continuously improve frontend development workflows, tooling, and processes to drive innovation and productivity. Requirements: Proven experience developing scalable frontend applications using React. Strong grasp of modular design principles and component-based development. Experience with integrating REST APIs and real-time data (e.g., WebSocket or similar). Proficiency in state management practices and tools, with a focus on simplicity and scalability. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and participating in code reviews. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
