Job Description

  • Work on diverse projects and media using various software to create innovative graphic designs aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure designs align with organizational standards, brand expectations, and effectively convey ideas.
  • Operate both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to enhance design workflows.
  • Maintain and update internal databases for design assets, including photography and video libraries.
  • Partner with teams or clients to brainstorm and strategize on materials such as web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Transform strategic direction into compelling designs that adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute designs by leveraging expertise in color theory, typography, layout, and imagery.
  • Oversee the preparation and uploading of project materials, ensuring adherence to content management best practices.
  • Stay informed about market trends and historical design principles to guide creative decision-making.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to finalize high-quality designs.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphics, and multimedia work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Advertising Expertise: Skilled in designing static and animated advertising banners optimized for various platforms.
  • Print Knowledge: Familiarity with offset and digital printing standards for designing printed materials.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail and precision.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback integration.
  • Time Management: Ability to work systematically and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Education: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
