Designing and optimizing transportation routes and distribution networks with the aim of reducing costs and increasing on-time delivery rates.
Demand forecasting and capacity planning using historical data and trend analysis.
Designing logistics components and modules in the platform (ensuring compatibility with new services).
Estimating the logistics requirements of operational centers based on the volume of packages and the number of routes (Capacity Planning).
Design and implementation of monitoring dashboards to monitor the deviation of operations from the schedule and provide operational feedback to the monitoring unit and contractors (SLA Management).
Managing the density and volume of operations in different hours and seasons by scheduling the arrival/departure of carriers and designing backup plans during peak times (holidays, high traffic seasons).
Evaluating and analyzing logistics costs and providing suggestions for cost reduction (improving fleet productivity, distributing cargo in hubs, optimizing routes).
Implementation of analysis and optimization techniques (simulation, mathematical models and optimization) for key decisions.
Define, monitor and report operational KPIs.
Lead the operations team and coordinate between technical teams, platform development, sales and transportation contractors.
