Job Description

Shahid Mahdavi Educational Complex is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Grade 5 homeroom class in daily activities.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons by the curriculum.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

This position is a Saturday to Wednesday-role, with a total of 28 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students in Grade 5.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork with fellow educators and staff.
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred.
