Job Description
- Interact with passengers.
- Provide quality customer service in person and over the phone.
- Interact positively and communicate effectively internally with staff, GM, marketing, tour, and tour managers as needed.
- Create, complete, and manage accurate and timely reports to the manager.
- Create, maintain, modify, and manage all visa events in a computerized environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the tour manager or other management.
- Scan and type all the visa forms.
- Prepare visa documents for embassies and if necessary go to the embassies with passengers.
- Report to the tour manager.
- File out visa application forms.
- Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.
- Duration: 1-year contract.
- Commissions or bonuses: Yes.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good relationship with clients.
- Ability to consult suitably and based on customer requirements.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
- Ideal age range: 20 to 30 years old.
- Gender preference: Female.
