Job Description

  • Order processing A to Z.
  • Order registration in NTSW.
  • Currency purchasing in NTSW.
  • Banking transactions (LC, Nimaii, etc.).
  • Product coding and getting a guarantee certificate.
  • Renewal of commercial card.
  • Handling commercial correspondence.
  • Contacting suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
  • Coordinating with logistics companies to ensure proper shipment delivery.
  • Contacting inspection companies to have the goods inspected.
  • Preparing documents to clear goods from customs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Strong interaction with the financial sector.
  • Experience in IT is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Turkish is an advantage.
