The Canada-Iran Business Association invites capable and expert people to develop its activities in international markets, especially Canada.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Sales Development:

  • Identify trade and export opportunities in the Canadian market.
  • Competitor analysis, customer needs, and market trends in related areas.
  • Develop a Canadian market entry strategy and increase market share.

Marketing and Advertising:

  • Design and implement international marketing campaigns tailored to Canada's culture and market needs.
  • Content production for marketing tools (catalogs, websites, social networks).
  • Active participation in international events, fairs, and meetings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Identify potential customers and create sustainable relationships.
  • Manage the process of negotiation and business contracts with Canadian companies.
  • Provide after-sales service and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Management:

  • Prepare and submit sales suggestions tailored to customer needs.
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare the required export documents.
  • Set periodic reports and provide sales-related analysis.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Evaluate the results of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide solutions to improve sales processes and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and familiar with French (an advantage).
  • Adequate knowledge of international trade and export processes.
  • Proficiency in market research and business data analysis.
  • Strong public relations and professional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to attend international meetings and events.
