Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ticket sales or a similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of airline networks, routes, and ticketing procedures.
- Certification or solid experience with Amadeus reservation system.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
