Responsibilities:

• Billing and invoicing clients.
• Ensure invoices are error-free.
• Communicate and respond to client inquiries concerning invoices.
• Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Ensure financial transactions' accuracy.
• Prepare and send reports with invoices.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Update and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Prepare staff and attorney payroll.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for legal transactions and cases.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal industry standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for legal projects and services.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to support financial decision-making.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial management tasks.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Accounting.
• High fluency in English is essential (oral and written).
• At least two years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a motivator of change.
• Good attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure.
