Job Description

Proposes and implements purchase methodologies and strategies for the technical domain:

• Raw mat (excl. Crude Oil and some specific chemical items), all pack mat (including Tinplate, Carton, etc.)
• Negotiate and formalize contracts after alignment with the head of the department.
• Cost cutting and focus on best value “price, quality and delivery”.
• Payment terms optimization.
• Avoid over-stock/out-of-stock and support businesses to mitigate interruption in production lines.
• Lead-time optimization.
• Define the reporting tool to present monthly reports about purchasing and procurement tasks.
• Follow market suppliers (prospecting, survey).
• Sourcing, selection, and development of suppliers in the target panel with alignment with the department head.
• Draft RFI and RFQ.
• Procure to pay follow-up.
