Job Description

  • Participate in standardizing transportation, storage, and goods handling processes in warehouses and distribution to customers.
  • Plan maintenance and servicing of logistics machinery and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage the annual logistics budget and optimize logistics processes.
  • Supervise the correct implementation of HSE, GSP, and GDP principles in warehouses and take corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor central warehouse dispatch performance and distribution to customers, providing continuous reports.
  • Collaborate in planning for the development of hardware and software equipment in warehouses.
  • Collect data and perform budgeting calculations.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports for feedback and performance monitoring.
  • Support in strategic capacity planning for warehouses, cold storage, transportation fleets, and forecasting future needs.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of software projects like WMS, ERP, etc.
  • Identify innovative and up-to-date logistics solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits of distribution centers to assess warehouse and distribution processes and provide analytical reports.
  • Work closely with warehouse managers to improve warehouse and distribution processes.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with GDP, GSP, FEFO standards, cold chain logistics, and product traceability.
  • Knowledge of HSE principles, and OHSAS standards.
  • Expertise in warehouse and cold storage transportation equipment.
  • Ability to plan and optimize distribution logistics.

Software and Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in logistics software like WMS, and ERP.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze performance reports.
  • Experience with cold chain management and logistics distribution planning.
