The logistics supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and regulating supply and demand flow in the supply chain. This person plays a key role in managing suppliers, purchasing, inventory control, transportation, and logistics services to ensure that timely and timely quality goods and services are provided to organizational units.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, purchase, and return poor-quality items if it is not possible to issue a concessionary license.
Record purchase details and quality non-confirmation cases in the purchase execution plan to evaluate suppliers.
Notify consumer units of shortages of items and manage orders with suppliers, investigate delays of more than two days in registering orders, and coordinate with the requesting unit.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of contractors to provide services according to the contract.
Evaluate suppliers and contractors (every 3 months) and send updated lists to the specialized unit manager.
Develop a purchase execution plan with inventory level control, taking into account commitments sold to customers and purchase requests received from the warehouse.
Receive and manage logistics and transportation requests and cooperate with the purchasing and logistics officer if outsourcing services are needed with the approval of the CEO.
Manage and monitor the performance of the purchasing and logistics officer and warehouse manager and provide necessary feedback.
Prepare and send the purchasing execution plan to the operations unit representative and warehouse manager.

Team management and leadership of purchasing and logistics processes.
Familiarity with inventory and purchasing management software.
Ability to prepare management and analytical reports.
