Purchasing Specialist (Machinery and Technical Parts)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for machinery and production line components.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand technical requirements.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with machinery and production line components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
