Job Description

Mission:

  • To drive operational excellence and strategic agility through the design and development of innovative operating models that align with the company's Strategy and digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • To design, develop, and continuously refine new operating models or processes for the company aligned with the company's digital transformation and strategy objectives.
  • To champion the creation and implementation of a unified process architecture using industry-standard methods.
  • To optimize and reengineer the existing processes of the company through root cause analysis and the identification of critical pain points.
  • To conduct accurate investigations and maintain close communication with the MTN Irancell divisions to accurately extract the current 'as-is' processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • To conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses of proposed operating model changes and provide management with comprehensive reports and presentations on it.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new operating models or processes are effectively implemented and efficiently operating.
  • To monitor and evaluate the performance of new operating models or processes.
  • To identify and address any issues or challenges related to the implementation of new operating models or processes.
  • To ensure that new operating models or processes are scalable and adaptable to change.
  • To keep abreast with operating model design trends and provide subject matter expertise.
  • To identify opportunities for AI integration (RPA) to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related fields; a Master's degree in the areas mentioned above is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization.
  • Experience working in a medium and large organization.
