To drive operational excellence and strategic agility through the design and development of innovative operating models that align with the company's Strategy and digital transformation objectives.
Responsibilities:
To design, develop, and continuously refine new operating models or processes for the company aligned with the company's digital transformation and strategy objectives.
To champion the creation and implementation of a unified process architecture using industry-standard methods.
To optimize and reengineer the existing processes of the company through root cause analysis and the identification of critical pain points.
To conduct accurate investigations and maintain close communication with the MTN Irancell divisions to accurately extract the current 'as-is' processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
To conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses of proposed operating model changes and provide management with comprehensive reports and presentations on it.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new operating models or processes are effectively implemented and efficiently operating.
To monitor and evaluate the performance of new operating models or processes.
To identify and address any issues or challenges related to the implementation of new operating models or processes.
To ensure that new operating models or processes are scalable and adaptable to change.
To keep abreast with operating model design trends and provide subject matter expertise.
To identify opportunities for AI integration (RPA) to streamline workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related fields; a Master's degree in the areas mentioned above is advantageous.
Fluent in English.
At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization.
Experience working in a medium and large organization.
