Operations Specialist (Air, Sea & Road)

Job Description

• Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to operations.
• Correspond with international partner companies and foreign customers.
• Assist in optimizing processes to increase efficiency.
• Perform documentation, reviewing, and customer documents.
• Enter information correctly into relevant systems.
• Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in the operations department, in the international transport industry.
• Teamwork ability and strong communication skills.
• High accuracy and ability to manage details.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare relevant reports.
• Ability to problem solve and time manage.
• Good in English.
• Microsoft Office.
