Operations Specialist (Land, Sea, Air)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations for land, sea, and air shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including customs clearance processes.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, updating them on shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations.
