Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage purchase orders accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure order specifications are met and delivery schedules are adhered to.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of all orders and relevant documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the procurement team to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders when necessary to ensure stock availability.
  • Provide support in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
