Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll, including collecting and preparing time sheets, and entering data into the payroll system accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare monthly reports concerning SSO and tax.
  • Prepare and renew personnel contracts, and keep track of their completion at due time.
  • Prepare final settlements/termination.
  • Prepare professional reports.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements:

  • High administration skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • High negotiation and relationship-building skills with clients and personnel.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related fields.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Ideal age range: 28 to 40 years old.
  • Ability to work as a team, creative, and self-motivated.
