Main Responsibilities: - Arranging managing director meetings and trips - Controlling the financial affairs - Controlling stock systems and affairs - Controlling sales Reporting to: Mananging director Subordinates: None Number Required: 1 Duration: 1 year contract- renewable Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: Saturday- Wednesday starting from 8:00, Thursday 8:00 till noon Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable

Requirements

Previous Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar job Specialist Knowledge: Having the knowledge of Ms- Office Other Skills: Good communication skills Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40 Gender Preference: Female Nationality Preference: Iranian Current Residence: Tehran Flexible in working hours
