Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and set OKRs and KPIs for various business units and departments, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Regularly review and assess the progress of OKRs and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate and distribute monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with department heads and team leaders to ensure understanding and alignment of OKRs and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance management.
  • Provide training and support to teams on setting and achieving OKRs and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance management, OKR/KPI setting, and reporting. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using performance management software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to managing performance metrics.
