Develop and set OKRs and KPIs for various business units and departments, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Regularly review and assess the progress of OKRs and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Generate and distribute monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analysis tools to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with department heads and team leaders to ensure understanding and alignment of OKRs and KPIs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance management.
Provide training and support to teams on setting and achieving OKRs and KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance management, OKR/KPI setting, and reporting. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using performance management software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to managing performance metrics.
