Job Description

Digikala seeks a dynamic and results-oriented partnership development supervisor to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic alliances: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to achieve mutual goals.
  • Identify new opportunities: Proactively seek out and onboard new partners that align with our strategic vision.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Lead complex negotiations and finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop partnership strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our business reach.
  • Lead and mentor: Oversee and inspire a high-performing partnership development team.
  • Deliver results: Provide insightful reports and analysis to measure the team's performance and impact.
  • Identify and recruit new strategic partners.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing partners.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record: At least 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a collaborative culture, and achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication prowess: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English: Strong command of the English language to effectively communicate with international partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: A passion for innovation, a drive to exceed expectations, and a knack for identifying new opportunities.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is preferred.
  • Negotiation Skills: Complete mastery of negotiation principles and techniques, as well as commercial contract drafting.
  • Experience working in the IT or FMCG industries (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel.
