Job Description
Documentation:
- Obtaining signatures for protocols and procurement plans.
- Updating the status of signatures in the TC file and distributing the signed ones
- Filing the originals.
- Preparing documents for Microsoft Office.
Archive Room Coordination:
- Organizing and maintaining tender documents and registering them.
- Making arrangements for returning the bid bonds to bidders.
Communicating with Bidders:
- Making arrangements with bidders to execute tenders.
- Ensuring proper exchange of documents and correspondence for ongoing tenders.
- Coordinating clarification and follow-up actions.
- Gathering and completing bidders' information for future tenders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, or related fields.
- 4 years of working in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- Able to work fast and multitask.
- Very cooperative and a team worker.
