Job Description

• Develop the procurement strategy and execution for the service and material purchase
• Follow the procurement process and delivery
• Relationship building: Supplier relationship management
• Responsible for procurement commercial and cost management
• Responsible for procurement process compliance and internal control management

Requirements:

• Willing to accept challenges in new fields, and carry out pioneering work.
• 2 to 3 years of procurement domain work experience or supplier management work experience.
• Good metrics for office SW as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
• Good communication skills and capability.
• Good willingness and capability to learn in a new domain.
• Admin procurement work experience is preferred.
• Telecom domain work experience is preferred.
• Adequate English skills.
