Product Designer

Job Description

Flightio is seeking an experienced and motivated product designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and innovative designs that elevate our user experience to the next level and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user research and business goals into efficient and user-friendly UI designs.
• Promote a user-centric approach, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of every design decision.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, identifying user pain points and developing creative solutions.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the design process and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Possess a strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience as a product designer or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve user pain points.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric designs.
• In-depth understanding of UI design principles and best practices (e.g., user interface (UI) design, interaction design, information architecture).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals and how design impacts business goals.
• Passion for creating user-centered experiences that are both functional and user-friendly.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma).
