Flightio is seeking an experienced and motivated product designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and innovative designs that elevate our user experience to the next level and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Translate user research and business goals into efficient and user-friendly UI designs.
Promote a user-centric approach, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of every design decision.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, identifying user pain points and developing creative solutions.
Advocate for user needs throughout the design process and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
Possess a strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the design process.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience as a product designer or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve user pain points.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric designs.
In-depth understanding of UI design principles and best practices (e.g., user interface (UI) design, interaction design, information architecture).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of business fundamentals and how design impacts business goals.
Passion for creating user-centered experiences that are both functional and user-friendly.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma).
