Job Description
- Monitor customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities.
- Liaise with existing suppliers/sellers and negotiate with contracts.
- Source and build relations with new suppliers/sellers.
- Analyze past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying patterns.
- Recommend clearance sales and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels.
- End to end ownership of the commercial side for specific types of products from supply to sales.
- Working with the marketing department to present sales promotions.
- Control and monitor price competitiveness in both the marketplace and retail side.
- Control the assortments and inventory.
Requirements
- Solid experience in the personal care industry.
- 2 years of sales or purchasing experience.
- Preferably familiar with the home product.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Exhibits strong decision making abilities.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
- Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Full passionate about learning.
- Enjoy working as a team member in a busy and creative environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
