Job Description

  • Monitor customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities.
  • Liaise with existing suppliers/sellers and negotiate with contracts.
  • Source and build relations with new suppliers/sellers.
  • Analyze past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying patterns.
  • Recommend clearance sales and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels.
  • End to end ownership of the commercial side for specific types of products from supply to sales.
  • Working with the marketing department to present sales promotions.
  • Control and monitor price competitiveness in both the marketplace and retail side.
  • Control the assortments and inventory.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in the personal care industry.
  • 2 years of sales or purchasing experience. 
  • Preferably familiar with the home product.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Exhibits strong decision making abilities.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Full passionate about learning.
  • Enjoy working as a team member in a busy and creative environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
