Job Description

Mission: •Applying fundamental benchmark and analysis concepts, practices, and procedures to analyze the projects and ensuring the projects are in accordance with the company benefit. •To assist the annual development of MTN IRANCELL’s consolidated MIR and Internal and external reporting requirements. •Assist in developing business plans necessary for the successful financial evaluation of new projects within MTN IRANCELL. Task Complexity: •Participate in assigned project lifecycle analysis, implementation and ongoing product evaluation. •Researching and evaluating the KPIs of companies in telecoms industry in Iran and compare to international benchmarks. •Source and collate information / data necessary for analyzing financial impact of projects. •Review the assumptions that underlie the financial model of company’s projects in order to ensure reasonableness and completeness of such assumptions. •Follow up on project progress, and use of financial resources. •Assist project teams with supplying financial information as required. •Assist in developing capex project preparation instructions and guidelines for use by all MTN IRANCELL departments and divisions. •Critically review and analyze divisional project requests and make recommendations for modifications. •Respond to queries from divisions regarding project related problems and promptly proffer solutions to emerging problems. •Performs financial analysis for MTN IRANCELL service products and promotions and make recommendations as required. •Assist in performing first line review of new product concept documents. •Assist in financial modeling and analysis of special products and promotions. •Promptly prepares and delivers status reports on products and resources required for successful implementation / launch and completion of each product and /or promotion.

Requirements

Education: •BSc in Management, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields Experience: •3 years of Financial Analyst, budget or finance related experience •Experience in Financial Reporting Function Knowledge: •Practical knowledge of international accounting standards and practices •Project accounting / financial analysis •Modern accounting theory, principles and practices •Knowledge of high volume data analysis
