Job Description
- Prepare budget estimates, costs, and cash flow projections for projects.
- Monitor and generate regular reports on the financial health of projects.
- Control and report on cost deviations and inflation for projects, providing optimization or correction solutions as needed.
- Prepare financial analysis reports for the procurement and implementation processes of projects.
- Develop and oversee processes, delivering regular reports for managing construction and industrial projects.
- Monitor the cost breakdown provided and track the status of financial claims from project contractors or stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic site visits to assess the status of construction and industrial projects, validating processes and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with planning, budgeting, and financial processes.
- Knowledge of business principles related to planning, resource allocation, and personnel coordination.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
