Senior Project Financial Planning and Control Specialist

Job Description

• Prepare budget estimates, costs, and cash flow projections for projects.
• Monitor and generate regular reports on the financial health of projects.
• Control and report on cost deviations and inflation for projects, providing optimization or correction solutions as needed.
• Prepare financial analysis reports for the procurement and implementation processes of projects.
• Develop and oversee processes, delivering regular reports for managing construction and industrial projects.
• Monitor the cost breakdown provided and track the status of financial claims from project contractors or stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess the status of construction and industrial projects, validating processes and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with planning, budgeting, and financial processes.
• Knowledge of business principles related to planning, resource allocation, and personnel coordination.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
